Construction Services
Review and approve contractor’s shop drawings, coordinate and attend pre-construction meetings with government agencies, perform site inspections, provide Engineer of Record certification for any deviations during construction, review “as-built” drawings, and submit final completion certification documents for approval.
Cost Estimates
Prepare estimates of probable costs for civil design projects. We can provide estimates as part of value engineering from concept planning to final design.
Government Approvals and Representation
Prepare and submit applications and documentation to request land use changes. This includes request for rezoning, variance, land platting, conditional use, as well as community redevelopment and site issues with code enforcement.
