Horse Shoe Plaza

Civil design, permitting and construction support for development of a automobile service and sales building on a 0.76 acre site. Design included site plan, demolition plan, paving and grading, utilities, stormwater, landscape, and FDOT driveway connection improvements. Obtained permits by Brevard County, FDOT, St Johns river Water Management, and City of Melbourne


Einstein Montessori School - Cocoa, FL

Civil engineering plans and permitting services for expansion of existing educational facility. The expansion provides for a new 11,000 sq-ft building. Design provided for wetland delineation, modification of existing stormwater system, grading for new playground, new water and sewer service connections, and additional parking.

Hagen Lane - Rockledge, FL

Project consisted of preparing concept plan alternatives to identify feasible development for a for commercial site of 0.58 acre site. Design included site plan, demolition plan, paving and grading, utilities, stormwater, landscape, and FDOT driveway connection improvements. Obtained permits by Brevard County, FDOT, St Johns river Water Management, and City of Melbourne.

Satellite Beach Office Park - Satellite Beach, FL

Conceptual site plans to identify land development potential of a 1.40 acre site. The research resulted in the possible development of a two-story 15,000 sq. ft. office building.

Emerson Drive Day Care Center - Palm Bay, FL

Conceptual site plan and report identifying civil design and permitting criteria to construct a 4,900 sq ft daycare center on a 1.07 acre site.

North Bay Street Site - Fellsmere, FL

Conceptual site plan and summary report identifying civil design and permit requirements to construct a 3,200 sq ft commercial center on a 0.43 acre site.

Starbucks Restaurants - Milton, Tallahassee, and Pensacola, FL

Site selection, due diligence information, and conceptual site plans for Starbucks Restaurants at sites located throughout the State of Florida.

Eau Gallie Blvd Commercial Site - Melbourne, FL

Land planning summary and concept site plans to illustrate the potential expansion to a commercial property consisting of approximately 3.25 acres. The plans illustrated several configurations for a multi-story commercial building (medical and professional office uses) and associated infrastructure improvements.

Tirado's Downtown Nightclub - Melbourne, FL

Concept site plan with civil design and permit information required to construct a commercial establishment (bar/lounge). The site consists of 0.3 acres of currently developed land.

Avocado Plaza - Melbourne, FL

Land planning and concept site plan to determine development feasibility for a 1.43 acre site as an industrial / commercial complex.

North Courtenay Commercial Site - Merritt Island, FL

Land planning and concept site plan to determine development feasibility for a 5.7 acre site into a commercial subdivision. Identified required improvements including road access, a master stormwater system, and utility connections.

Eda's Salon Commercial Site - Melbourne, FL

Civil engineering plans and permitting services to initialize construction of site improvements to support building renovations for commercial use. Conditional use and variance requests were obtained from City of Melbourne City Council, Planning and Zoning board and Variance board.

Coral View Storage Site - Sebastian, FL

Design of a stormwater drainage system for a new commercial (industrial/warehouse use) building on a 0.31 acre site. Stormwater drainage calculations and support with permit agencies was also included.

Pig and Whistle Restaurant - Cocoa Beach, FL

Civil engineering plans and permitting services for construction of site improvements to support modifications to an existing commercial building from retail use to restaurant use. The property is approximately 0.48 acres. The expansion provides for a 2,835 sq. ft. restaurant with outdoor seating.

St. Luke's Church - Merritt Island, FL

Civil design, permitting and construction support for parking, stormwater, onsite sewage treatment system (septic), landscape and driveway improvements to support a 1,658 sq ft office building addition. Provide specifications and details for site work materials and installation as required by Brevard County.

Polish Stone Company -

Civil engineering design and permitting services for site improvements to support modifications to an existing commercial warehouse building. The proposed uses include retail, warehouse, and manufacturing. The site is currently developed and is located in Orlando, FL

Snellman Site -

Civil engineering design and permitting services for modification of existing site permit and future site improvements with building addition to a 0.96-acre site located in Palm Bay. The property is currently developed for commercial use (retail and services).


Fern Street - Cocoa, FL

Civil design, permitting and construction support for an apartment complex with four units in a 0.46 acre site. Design for parking area, stormwater system, site access, landscaping, site lighting and utility connections. Obtained permits by Brevard County, FDOT, St Johns river Water Management, and City of Cocoa.

Demmon Residence - Palm Bay, FL

Land development code research report to identify civil design and permit criteria. Project consisted of modifications (detached garage and pool addition) to a single family residential property.

N Ocean Blvd Site - Gulf Stream, FL

Conceptual site plan to illustrate demolition of a single family residence and construction of a new residential building.

Malabar Town Homes on US 1 - Town of Malabar, FL

Conceptual site plans to illustrate the land development potential of a 2.34 acre site for multi-family residential use. The concept plan illustrated three buildings with four units each (three-stories in height) with pool, clubhouse, and associated site improvements.

Villalobos Residence - Melbourne, FL - Melbourne, FL

Site plan and design for expansion of a two-story single family residence. The addition consisted of expanding the foyer area, garage, driveway, and a new pool.

Chen Residence - Grant, FL

Design criteria and document adequacy of a split onsite sewage treatment and disposal system as requested by Brevard County Environmental Health. The onsite sewage system is to serve a new residential property, west of the Indian River.

La Cita Townehomes - Titusville, FL

Concept site plan and summary report identifying development criteria for multi-family residential use on a 2.2 acre site. A total of 33 units (3-story building), pool, clubhouse, parking and access drive were illustrated.

Hendershot Residence -

Design of an onsite sewage treatment and disposal system with technical specifications for a lift station/pressure system. The system is to serve a new three story single-family residence along the Indian River.


ATM Recycling Facility - Palm Bay, FL

Design of stormwater drainage system for a proposed commercial development (recycling facility). The site is 2.0 acres with a proposed 20,000 sq. ft. building.

Rivers' Edge Commerce Center - Palm Bay, FL

Engineering design and permit services for platting a 11.0 acre site into a subdivision for industrial and commercial lots. Engineering design includes a master stormwater drainage system, water distribution system and sanitary sewer main. Permit services include approvals for construction of infrastructure improvements, access connection improvements and platting approvals.


United States Air Force - Potable Waterline Extension, CCAFS, FL

Civil design, construction drawings, and specifications for new potable water main. Project includes approximately one mile of 8" PVC, three fire hydrants, directional bore, hydraulic analysis, and pavement repair

United States Air Force - Repair Storm Sewers, PAFB, FL

Civil design, permits, construction drawings, and specifications for storm sewer repairs. Project consists of removal/replacement of existing storm inlets and construction of new surge ponds to alleviate flooding.

Jensen Beach Elementary Building Modification - Martin County, FL

Design specifications for the construction of a storm drain to serve renovations to Building #9 at Jensen Beach Elementary School.

NASA-Fish and Wildlife Service Administration Building - Kennedy Space Center, FL

The project consisted of the design, permitting and construction of a 2500 sq. ft. office building with a 300 sq. ft. porch, and back-up power supply with covered shelter. The design provided parking, incorporated the design of stormwater system, water (potable), sanitary sewer (septic with lift station), sediment and erosion control devices, and pavement specifications.

United States Air Force - Weather Doppler System - Orange County, FL

Civil design, permitting and construction support of a Doppler weather tower with support equipment building and generator. The design provided site access with culvert crossing, parking area, stormwater system, sediment and erosion control devices, security fence and stabilized surface. Submittals performed include Special Exemption and Variance to the Orange County Board of Zoning Adjustment and County Commissioners.

United States Air Force Stabilize Runway Shoulders Study - South Atlantic

A study to determine viable approaches to stabilize the deteriorating runway shoulders. The engineering study offered solutions and presented comparative data for surface stabilization and impacts to the existing conditions of the airfield.
